Cassie is passionate about the intersection of design, human behavior and social factors. While earning her degree in urban studies, she developed an interest in using social research and community engagement to create environments that truly support human needs and behaviors. She believes that the best spaces are planned with the participation and insights of people who will ultimately occupy and use them.
At PLASTARC, Cassie contributes to our unique approach with her interest in participatory design. She applies her focus on space and sociology, and her research and analytical skills, to the study of the workplace as a social environment.
